Refund policy
Because we sell fresh produce, refunds and returns are handled carefully:
1. Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Items
• If you receive produce that is damaged, spoiled, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Email us at freshmartvegsa@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item.
2. Refunds or Replacements
• We will offer either a replacement of the affected item(s) on your next delivery, or a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
• We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind after delivery.
• Items not stored properly after delivery (e.g., left unrefrigerated).
